We take down ARC machines, help fellow Raiders, and stand ready to defend one another. Together, we’re working to make Topside better.

⭐ 1. Respect the Chain of Command

ARC Command runs on a clear leadership hierarchy:

• Lieutenants (Tier 5) oversee Tier 1 recruits

• Captains (Tier 5) manage Tier 2 core Raiders

• Majors (Tier 5) oversee Tier 3 & Tier 4

• Field Commander (Tier 5) supervises Tier 5 officers

• High Command (Tier 6) handles strategy, policies, diplomacy, and coalition direction

Follow your designated leader during organized operations.
Every leader supports the ranks beneath them.

No rank is above accountability.

No recruit is beneath respect.

Members may raise concerns respectfully—including concerns about leadership.

⭐ 2. Work as a Team

Our strength comes from Raiders looking out for one another.

We uphold these standards:

• Move smart

• Stay alert

• Maintain clear callouts

• Coordinate ARC takedowns

• Support revives and safe extractions

• Communicate before separating from your squad

• Help newer Raiders learn

• Stay prepared for player threats

Mistakes happen. Learn from them, help each other improve, and keep the experience welcoming.

Every Raider has something to contribute.

⭐ 3. Follow the Mission Plan

For organized operations, agree on:

• A designated squad leader

• A mission objective

• Assigned roles suited to the run

• A route and extraction plan

• Loot priorities and shared supplies

All Raiders must:

✔ Communicate before engaging
✔ Respect agreed hold-fire calls
✔ Regroup when needed
✔ Fall back when directed
✔ Adapt together when conditions change

Keep casual runs flexible. Make expectations clear before deploying.

Plan together. Adapt together. Extract together.

⭐ 4. Represent ARC Command With Honor

Your actions represent the entire coalition.

• No harassment, threats, or hateful abuse

• No cheating or deliberate exploitation

• No griefing or intentional sabotage

• No betraying friendly Raiders

• No false offers of peace, help, or trades used to set up an attack

• No breaking agreements with teammates or allies

Treat people with respect in-game, in Discord, and wherever you represent ARC Command.

We build trust—and we honor it.

⭐ 5. Respect Your Role and Rank

Each tier has clear expectations:

Tier 1 — Recruits

Learn the community standards, support your squad, and build confidence through PvE play.

Tier 2 — Core Raiders

Be reliable, communicate clearly, and contribute to successful runs.

Tier 3 — Advanced Operators

Set the standard for skill, preparedness, and teamwork. Share what you know.

Tier 4 — NCO Leadership

Organize squads, protect teammates, and help members follow community standards.

Tier 5 — Officers

Teach, coordinate operations, support members, and resolve disputes fairly.

Tier 6 — High Command

Guide the coalition, maintain policies, coordinate alliances, and hold leadership accountable.

Every rank has value. Every role is essential.

Higher rank means greater responsibility.

⭐ 6. PvE First. PvP Ready. At All Times.

Our main focus is:

• ARC destruction — coordinated machine hunts and takedowns

• Quests and shared objectives — helping members progress

• Resource runs — materials for crafting and upgrades

• Raider support — supplies, knowledge, and revives

• Successful extractions — bringing our squads home

We welcome peaceful encounters. We remain alert and ready to defend ourselves, our teammates, and the Raiders we’re helping.

Do not provoke unnecessary fights or turn friendly encounters into ambushes. Coordinate defensive action and keep the squad’s safety in mind.

Being friendly and being prepared go together.

⭐ 7. Communication Standards

ARC Command expects:

• Clear, timely callouts

• Priority for urgent threat and revive calls

• No mic spam

• No talking over teammates

• Nonurgent disagreements saved for after the engagement

• Communication when the plan changes

• Use of pings or text when voice chat isn’t possible

Members should feel comfortable asking questions and reporting problems.

Officers help resolve disputes respectfully.

⭐ 8. Promotion Expectations

Promotions are earned through:

✔ Reliability and consistency
✔ Good communication
✔ Respect toward all ranks
✔ Teamwork and sound judgment
✔ Helping or teaching others
✔ Contributing to missions and community activities
✔ Helping recruit welcoming, like-minded members

Combat skill alone does not make a leader.

Favoritism and friendship must not determine promotions.

Leadership is a responsibility.

⭐ 9. Coalition & Diplomacy Protocol

High Command coordinates:

• Alliances and community partnerships

• Joint operations

• Agreements with other groups

• External disputes and diplomacy

Members must not:

• Claim to speak for the coalition without authorization

• Provoke conflicts in ARC Command’s name

• Break coalition agreements

Immediate squad defense does not require waiting for diplomatic approval.

Report ongoing disputes to leadership afterward.

⭐ 10. Accountability Applies to Everyone

Serious violations include:

❌ Cheating or deliberate exploitation
❌ Targeted harassment or threats
❌ Intentional sabotage
❌ Betraying friendly Raiders or using false peace calls to attack
❌ Sharing confidential member information or operational details to cause harm
❌ Repeated, deliberate disruption

Leadership reviews reports and available evidence. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal.

Respectful disagreement and good-faith reports are not misconduct.

The same standards apply to every rank.

⭐ 11. Loyalty to the Coalition

Our top rank—Coalition Commander—represents the unity and shared purpose of ARC Command.

Every member, including the Coalition Commander, must:

• Support their squad

• Respect fellow Raiders

• Honor community agreements

• Help keep the community welcoming

• Defend teammates and allies when needed

• Uphold the code of conduct

Loyalty means protecting the community’s values and holding one another accountable.

We rise as one.

We fall as one.

We rebuild as one.
